A bit of a waste of time, no cardiac results even after 2 weeks, guess if there had been anything drastic the surgery would have been contacted. Re my cold foot and outside of my right leg, doc thinks it's all to do with nerve damage/ spinal arthritis !! I don't but guess will have to go with it for a little longer. I'm just fed up of not feeling well, have now put myself on a course of Biotic Balance! Advise of a neighbour , hope they work as they were expensive!! So it's watch this space ----- !
Another lovely day, I'm going to pot the last of my plants in a couple of minutes, hope we don't get frost.

Thankful ....... for the sunshine.
