Feed the birds

I spotted a little family of swans and cygnets on the Avon but they were the other side of the river. Suddenly they all started paddling furiously towards me , or rather to where a lady in a  wheel chair was throwing food for them. It was her third  feeding session today she said , and it was proper swan food from a pet food store, not horrible soggy white bread which the tourists put out despite the permanent engraved panels saying that bread harms all water birds.
There was a pair of adults and seven cygnets, not very old , very fluffy and cute.
