A little more Channel training today. It was cold and choppy. Really liked this pic of the beach huts.
Had my bike mended. It needed a new inner tube and brakes were worn out. I'm meant to be doing a triathlon next weekend and I've not done any cycling since Devon or running since Paris. That will be interesting!
