At the end of the day...

What with one thing and another today, not least the high mid afternoon temperatures, we went on a later evening walk. It was still very warm and the walk was at a gentle speed to avoid over heating the dogs.
The sky was a beautiful bright blue but I liked the effect of black and white to pick out the clouds and the shapes through the apple tree.
The title of the picture and the timing of the walk have been link through the words of a song.
