this tree clearly shows - that our summer season is coming to a quick end... fall will soon be here - with cooler temps... sweater weather - yay! i must say i enjoy the time of the year when i can pull on a sweater - a hoodie with a pair of shorts and go tromping around town... wearing layers is so much fun... of course - it has to be really cold, perhaps with snow on the ground - before i'll be giving up my flipflops... i'm just sayin' - my toots do not look forward to being trapped inside closed-toed shoes... boo! i remain a die-hard regarding footware... those winter months can drag on - so i might be wearing my flips into december depending on the temps here... but if the signs are correct - with the color of leaves changing already - hard telling what we're gonna be in for -

however - i am grateful it's not static... we have variety - and each morning brings a surprise of greeting to renew us - refresh our spirits - give us energy - because it's that which makes for...
