Selby Abbey

Whilst out and about today Mr MD and I found ourselves close to the town of Selby so we decided to visit the Abbey.   We have visited previously but it's so pleasant - with so much to see - we decided to call again.    My picture is taken from the choir stalls looking towards the main entrance.   It shows the amazing and intricate carving and workmanship on the actual stalls.
