Young Squirrel

This little creature proved to be a brave or rather foolish one today.
 It took on the challenge of raiding a Magpies nest,high up in a conifer.
The adult birds too great offence to this action and quickly chased the Squirrel off the premises!
    It then took cover in a nearby Elder to recuperate.Giving me the chance of some very close up shots.
   I did give it some peanuts in compensation though!   lol
