Gung Ho!

Ah well, it's the transience of a British summer that makes it so special when it does appear. It was back to what passes for May here when Arthur's Seat disappeared completely behind a haar and the east air flow made for a dismal damp day.

Undeterred there were hundreds of entrants taking part in a 5K Gung Ho event in the Meadows, which is a run involving very many bouncy obstacles to negotiate up and over on the way - a plastic assault course. The finish was a foam filled slope where this Father was trying to kill his son by burying him alive.

Never a dull moment through the railings!
