Standing

But only just!
Started the day with Jersey Parkrun, a good deal warmer than I'm used to in Midlothian!
Then off to try out stand up paddle boarding. Not so easy as it turns out. But we did have fun. Our instructor told us to stand on the board and relax. Hah, relax? Jelly legs.
