Incoming Tide

Busy day starting with a 12k run. Not me luckily but my friend was taking part in an event so went along to cheer her through the finishing line.
Then off out for a lovely Sunday lunch (after she had showered). Roast beef, tatties, Yorkshire pud - the works! What a treat.
Finally, a coastal walk between some beautiful beaches taking in some of Jersey's war time fortifications. We ended the afternoon at this lighthouse. You can walk out to it but the tide was turning so we sat and watched as the pathway disappeared under water.
