Better than goodish

We popped down to Winchester today as I had some books to return and collect from the university library. As it had turned out nice we then walked a section of the Itchen Navigation. We saw various wildlife including lots of trout leaping out of the water to eat mayflies, what appeared to be a pair of turkeys and a kingfisher. It only flashed past but still counts as my first ever sighting.

This evening we went to see one of Dave Gorman's rehearsal shows for his new series. He was, as always, hilarious although it was really interesting to see how much work goes into making the final version as polished as it ends up.
