which art in freezer bags. 250g in each bag. I only wish I had remembered to do this on Wednesday before I put 24 identical bags into the freezer.

If anyone is counting on their fingers, this means we have to chomp our way through 8kg of shelled broad beans before there is space in the freezer for any more lamb :-)
