Sunrise – 06:16   Sunset – 20:28   Moon – Day 18
Extras
07:18   09:12
18:23   20:19

I have taken the main shot slightly higher than usual to see the moon
07:18 the moon is still just present and I still have a problem with my collage-program whiting out rectangles
09:12 a bird crosses the dry landscape. Could be a crow looking for eggs, could be a buzzard looking for something that can try to run away, from this distance I am not too sure.
18:23 Ferry boat Proteus leaves Glossa heading towards Skiathos just too late for anyone to catch the last charter flight while Flying Cat 6 heads away from Skiathos which it left just too early to be useful for fresh arrivals. We hope that the schedules will be adjusted.
20:19 All is quiet. Our honeymooners have left and our next guests will be delayed by a ferry strike.

The last few days have been hot with warm air convecting up from the south. It has been still and cloudy with nowhere for the heat and the humidity to escape. The land is dry and we would be very happy for some rain. Today has been sunny and all the young plants are wilting.
