Enjoying the sunshine

It's been a lovely warm day today. We met up with my brother at the country park and had a nice long walk round. The sun was so warm and the children all played so well together. Running, exploring, collecting flowers and sticks. We had a late lunch all together in the lakeside cafe before heading back home. The kiddies then asked for ice creams but we only had one left in the freezer. We then decided to walk to shop to get some (done well over 10,000 steps today!)

The kiddies played in the garden this afternoon, making up assault courses for each other. P was taking the competition dead seriously whilst A didn't really know what was going on but enjoyed all the running, jumping and bouncing!
