So, where am I?

My sister and I are on a short holiday. This sculpture is 13ft high, it depicts a pair of forearms, hands clasped, forming an arch. It is made of weathered steel - like the Angel of the North.
But where is it - answer tomorrow.
(Actually I will have to back blip when I get home as no wifi connection and the pics won't download - took 30 minutes for 98% of this to download - then it stopped!)
