East Angmering

We spent 2 days on the South coast attending an orienteering event and visiting Mother. In the afternoon we visited the Angmering estate which was looking very beautiful. I went into the woods after my run to take a few photos and by complete coincidence caught this shot of son R collecting in the checkpoints at the end of the event.  We checked into a flat in the seafront in Worthing , picked up Mother and rushed off to Chichester for an urban event . Exhausted afterwards we went back to the flat for fish and chips. Having seen the view from the flat (see tomorrow) we did not want to spend the evening indoors in a restaurant- a take away was definitely on the cards.
