Osprey 1, Catfish 0

Several osprey fished the estuary this afternoon with varying degrees of success.  They are amazing to watch, even though I always seem to be just shy of being in the right place at the right time to catch that perfect shot.  From the looks of it, I'll have plenty of opportunities to practice.

I had a lovely mother's day with phone calls from children and grandchildren, a lunch with my daughter and a long walk after, plus it was a beautiful day.  I posted a Canada goose mother's day outing in Extras
