A little present

Ive never grown a sunflower in my life. I love them. I really enjoy all the blips of them and there is no greater pleasure than driving through France at the height of the sunflower season.

This one appeared in one of my tubs in the garden. It was waiting for me when I got back from the cruise. A present from one of the visiting birds - or a seed from years ago ? I don't care. I'm just enjoying it.

As I've enjoyed today.

I met up with a great friend in IKEA in Wednesbury. Perhaps not the most obvious choice of venue for a girlie catch up, but they do the most delicious Swedish meatballs (and fish and chips). Several coffees later and putting the world to rights, a meeting like this was just super. Thanks, Liz xx
