Finishing off the Fannaichs
A day on the Fannaichs in relatively good weather. The stiff breeze was occasionally notched up a bit with the addition of short bursts of hail, but otherwise it was a splendid and remarkably dry, midge-free day.
The extra shows one of many Ptarmigan that were unruffled by our passing. We also saw Dotterel on the grassy ridges and Red Grouse in the heather slopes on the way down.
