He doesn't know his own strength.

Weather has taken a turn for the worse today - dull, rainy and breezy.  However it was still warm-ish.

I went to Over 50's Fitness Class at 2pm.  Not many there this week - only 6 of us.  Went to Tesco afterwards.   This evening it was slimming club.  Lost one pound.  We had to do a secret ballot and nominate someone to be chosen as our " Man Of The Year " next week.  There are about half a dozen men who are members of my group but most of them just weigh in and go home instead of staying for the meeting.
