Portree

We visited Urquhart and Eilean Donan Castle today on the way to the Island of Skye.Sebastien liked running around the ruins and picking daisies. This evening, we are spending the night in Portree, in the blue building across the harbor here. Sebastien loves that his bed is just under the window and that he can stand up and look across the water.

He makes up little songs all the time. Tonight, after singing one, he sang bump, bump (a G and a C). He said, "You have to end with bump, bump. Every song ends in bump, bump."  Yes, my little one, pretty much every children's song ends in a V-I cadence...didn't realize you were so aware of it, though...
