lovely stuff...with fat free dressing & two slices of wholemeal bread this is 8 syns....

It has been a wet day all day - only ventured out to see Dave to wish him happy birthday (63) and to pop to the chemist for supplies ready for holiday...

We need this rain but I do hope it cheers up for next week..
