New routine
I started the day with a swim followed by a dog walk and it worked so well energy-wise that I'm going to do this every time I have a research day at home. And the health club was quieter and more serene with nobody on the poolside loungers (unlike in the evenings) - an altogether improved experience. I even treated myself to a little relax in the whirlpool afterwards.
