Loukoumades

Sitting in a local coffee shop I asked what the lady at the next table was eating 'honey buns' was the reply. I asked for some too and they took ages to come then, when they did arrive, there was an enormous portion.
The delay was because she had made some fresh for us. How kind!
They are actually called Loukoumades, and are a little like the texture of doughnuts and similarly, deep fried then served in honey. Gorgeous
