Mission Santa Ines

Another day, another mission. This one was located within walking distance of our hotel in Solvang. Walk we did on a beautiful sunny morning, reveling in the warmth of southern California. We paid the $5 to enter this mission and were treated to an informational museum and a viewing of the church interior. We were also able to walk around gardens and cemetery, where I captured these crosses and statue. I liked the simplicity and tranquility (of which there was an abundance) of the scene.
