Today's progress

First thing, a visit to W's garden club plant sale.  All the plants in the little cart, for £20, in contrast to over £50 for the plants on the table behind from the garden centre.

Most are now planted up in the new bed behind the office.  A few planted elsewhere in the garden.  And much weeding done.  Meanwhile, W mowed the lawn - the clippings filled the brown bin, and another container besides.

And then it rained - but we had already decided that enough had been achieved.  Hope to get the rest of the weeding done tomorrow.
