Succumbed....
......to the frost. The extra shows the sociable fungi before they too get frosted.
The background is noisy as I was in a dark place but I don't mind it a bit grainy.
It was a cracker of a frost this morning. Luckily I had covered my little Tahitian pohutakawa and put the stag horn fern on its ponga log under the rhododendron bush, as the frost cut the begonias and impatiens and burned the fuchsia.
Otherwise it has been a beautiful sunny day with little wind. Just how winter should be.
