Dazzling in situ.
Thought you might like to see yesterday's 'dazzling' Azalea in situ and as we have both spent the afternoon gardening; Chris cutting the grass and me on my knees pulling weeds, I thought it fit to blip.
You can see bits of the orange ones in the background and the Clematis Montana in full bloom on the back wall. A nice time for flowers in our garden.
Speaking of flowers, the extra is of the funeral flowers from Marjorie's funeral yesterday. They were put together by her four daughters, many from her garden and all representing something special in her life. For example Solomon's Seal to represent one of her most loved cats called Solomon.
We have a nice tradition in our village of putting funeral flowers on the village war memorial so everyone can see them.
Well that seems to be Sunday and the weekend nearly over again. Have a good week everybody. (Shame about Bradford City!)
