Wonderful sunshine and warmth, which always lifts my spirits, and the chance that it will last for a week or so. I took Mum out for a cup of tea in the afternoon. A bit more tinkering in the garden after dinner. It needs a good deal more than tinkering though. Quite a few roses in bud despite my shameful neglect of them, plus an unidentified yellow flower on one of the shrubs (extra photo).

We're up very early tomorrow morning ready for my nephew and his friend to start ripping out the bath and then replace it with a double shower, which will be much easier and safer for Mum to use.
