For Manchester

When I saw the lovely sunset this evening I thought of all the children and young people murdered in Manchester yesterday who will never see another sunset. So this image is in memory of those young lives lost in tragic circumstances.  The injured and bereaved are in my thoughts too.  Another senseless act of terrorist by cowards. We live in sad times.

Today has been a quiet day.  Just relaxed until it was time to go out this evening.  I had a ticket for a talk at St Mary's Heritage Centre in Gateshead.  The talk was titled " Who's Geordie".  As the title suggests it was about local men and women who became famous for various things.  It was interesting.

The weather has been lovely today - warm and sunny.
