Mill

I pass this abandoned mill every time I drive into Temuka township.  Because it backs right on to the railway lines I knew I wouldn't be able to get the right angle for a  'straight' image of it, and I knew that would annoy me, so I've never stopped to photograph it.

This afternoon I had a short gap between meetings so, knowing that I wouldn't get home until well after dark, I ducked up the road for a quick photo shoot.

I was right.  It does annoy me that to keep the building lines straight the roof line looks as if it is not.  Grrrr.  

Still, it is a great old building.
