A little Fawlty

Our Oxford guest house with its perplexing four star rating was - unusual. A strange mix of good and awful.
It's as if they decide to offer their guests something, immediately regret it, then try to undo it without looking mean. I can almost imagine Basil, Sybil, Polly and Manuel flapping about behind the scenes.
We decided to treat it as an experience and the broken bed was still comfortable enough.
