Mystery Bear!

Sorting through a mountain of soft toys for an upcoming fundraising event and I came across this rather handsome bear. He's about 22 inches tall, fully jointed, and apart from his tummy which is dark brown fur fabric the rest is leather and real fur. His waistcoat is fully lined with the same material as his cravat - but he has no makers name or label anywhere.
My dilemma is:
Do I put him on the tombola stall with the others
or -
try and sell him privately and raise more money.
How much is he worth?
Will anyone buy something which is not currently PC?
Any suggestions?
