Too much play...

...and not enough work makes Jack a smug boy (so to speak).  So after enjoying a leisurely bimble along the coast in the morning sunshine (and we didn't even do the five miles!), and watching the latest Alien film at the cinema this afternoon, M, B and I thought we ought to stop enjoying ourselves and go to Morrison's for a food shop on the way home.
(A dressed Cromer crab and salad is on the menu tonight!)
