Vorrei studiare italiano per favore

I met up with a couple of friends from last year's Italian class tonight - well, they picked me up on the way through to visit The Opposition with a view to finding out about their Italian courses. You'd be surprised how hard it is to find a part time Italian class that actually runs around here, and it's the only place that goes beyond year one. So, tomorrow we're going to sign up for Elementary Italian :-)

We also went out for a bite to eat in a Thai restaurant in Headingley - not busy when we arrived but packed when we left! The food was lovely - don't ask me what it was, there were chicken livers involved though - and the service prompt.

This is Pietro playing the fool because he didn't want his picture taken, and you'll notice that la ridere ragazza managed to avoid the shot. Pietro's very dry sense of humour brings out the whoop-giggle of la ridere ragazza - though she is quick to laugh and I suspect finds humour in many things. They are a most entertaining pair!

And I'll get her next time ;-)
