Can you see what I see?

Came back from my morning walk and just look who I spotted basking in the sunshine in the plant pot?................. the downstairs neighbour's cat?! He (or he might be a she – I don't know), was sitting there as bold as brass. Where does that saying come from?

I've tried chasing him/her before and do you know what happens?................. He/she runs away, jumps up onto a wall and then starts hissing at me............................

…............And then I have to pretend that I'm not interested in chasing him/her because I don't want to be scratched.

Chasing cats is very stressful!!!
