Friday: The Main

Left work early this afternoon for an optometrist's appointment.  All is well but the time has come................varifocals!  I suppose it will ease the confusion  between the various pairs of the glasses I use......

A beautiful evening.  All the bars and restaurants are throwing open their windows which is glorious.  We had a few drinks on Main and then headed to 'Meet on Main' for something to eat.  It was OK but didn't bowl us over.  Somehow I expect vegan food to be superior in the effort that's put into it but it wasn't really....
