So we got to school on a bright and hot day; I had planned a long bike ride thereafter but she opted for the half day option so I curtailed the long ride into a more rapid and energetic 40km instead.  (With a successful lens find in W Hailes too)
So after a peripherique of sorts, I ended up back and after a shower and packing supplies, I went off to meet her at the Meadows for some gentle sunbathing. Not as busy as the previous evening, but we had some camembert and smoked salmon and I road tested a nice ribiero. Nic joined us after work before a light supper as the heat lessened rounded off a low key day. I have pinkness....
