Littlehampton Grand Prix

Early this morning the barriers came out round the 'banjo' car park. What was it we wondered? Is it the annual kids go-kart racing? Yep, it was. Each year the local schools compete against each other with self-built electric go-karts. They have a 'pits' area and each team has their own mechanics. This year the race was up the entrance road to the car park and then the carts get pushed back to the pits. Some years they race around the circular car park. There are always lots of proud parents and friends watching and cheering their drivers on. Great fun!
