British Airways chaos

We were caught up in the British Airways IT failure on our way back from Chicago... Total chaos at Heathrow! Long queues, no communication and a lot of uncertainties - just what you need after a night in a plane. In the end we took a train to Edinburgh from London King's Cross and hopefully our luggage will join us in a few days.
