We have been out to buy compost and tubs for my bedding plants. Planted half out. Need more tubs now.

Home made chicken satay with stir fried veg and rice noodles for tea. I have also been making ice cream - gin and lemon - with very little fat in it.

I am on day 3 of pain levels that require tramadol. To say I am unhappy would be an understatement.
