Sunday: Sunset On Jericho

I took Fred to the vet's this morning to have his tail checked.  The bandage has now come off and he has had his stitches out.  He was such a good boy throughout - he can sometimes get a little stressed at the vet's, particularly recently, but today he was great.  He has got the shortest little fuzz on his tail but, interestingly, it seems to be growing back in the same stripes.

This evening we met up with H and J on Jericho Beach for a picnic.  It was such good fun - the weather was amazing and everyone seemed to be out enjoying the arrival of summer.  We'll definitely be doing that again.
