Out walking

We spent this morning with my cousin and her delightful little girl.  Great plans of a morning out doing something they would remember turned into a trip into Cirencester, a visit to the post-office and about an hour in the park, before needing a sit down and reviving cup of tea. 

Despite it always being a few years between seeing each other, we just carry on where we left off, I love it.  I just wish she didn't live such a long way a away in Tuscon.

We saw this lovely dear out this afternoon, who was quietly minding its own business munching away in a field as we walked down the road.  It was quite a magical couple of minutes as I watched it eat - and managed to keep the two boys quiet so that we didn't disturb it!
