Wild Wednesday: Dying

Bought these gorgeous yellow roses last Tuesday. They were on offer, and I am really pleased at how well they have lasted (for roses). Yesterday though, they were showing definite signs of decline and moreso today. They are past their best though I can't help think some of the flowers are trying hard to still look good despite dyring! The water doesn't smell too good either. :(

Today I have been home working on a number of things, mainly flights and car hire for the summer. It's incredible how long these things can take when you're on a tight budget! In typical summer style, all the currencies are getting dearer. Ugh! Got the big stuff sorted for holiday dates. G took herself off to school, so I could get on with things.

Had to do yet another load at Pauline's as the washing machine may not be back for 2-3 days yet.
