Edible pepper seeds and small indoor pepper plants

Beautiful sunshine and mild weather. Dear Arthur is basking in the garden atop the wheelie bin. His feline choice.
The pepper seeds are really difficult to bin, and I have some space to grow them indoors on the sunny kitchen sill.
Hoping to see a white pepper flower and fruit from the pepper seedlings eventually.
