Welcoming Committee

11 hour flight Perth to Dubai, 2 hour stop over, 7 hour flight Dubai to Glasgow. Totally worth it to see these two smiling people at the other end! Jen's Mum and Dad met us at the airport and as I write we are making our way up to Aberdeenshire.

It seems surreal to be back after 2 years away. A few things I noticed quickly - everything is so green (seems obvious but still a shock to the system), UK number plate fonts are massive and the motorway / freeway lanes are really narrow!
