This morning Folkiebooknerd and I had a delicious breakfast and then headed out to Crosby Beach to say hello to the Gormleys.

I can't thank Folkie enough for a fabulous time in her fine company. And I've started to re-listen to an old favourite...

On the drive home I learned more about the atrocities at London Bridge. Thankfully Londoners are getting on with life the way Mancunians have - not giving in to those who want to terrorise us.
