Blue Poppies

Back blip - still in 'catch-up' mode.
Hopefully normal service will resume soon!

My short break to Perth ended with a visit to Branklyn Garden, owned and managed by the National Trust for Scotland. Lots of flowers and plants to photograph (and I did!) but I've settled for this one of the Blue Himalayan Poppies against a backdrop of orange rhododendrons.

Might just be my favourite photo of the year, so far.
