work in progress(chart 1)

Did a bit of window washing n the Tall house today, but not a lot else.…it’s still very lovely out.    
Thinking about the project I’m trying to work on with printing on old charts.   The chart paper is very nice and we have zillions of them from our sailing days—before they were all on a computer screen on the boat.  ( there is some parallel here)  Gelli printing works pretty well on them.   My arm really doesn’t want to do that work quite yet altho with the brace it’d probably be just OK —but I’d get paint on the brace and then there is the issue of water for clean up.  We’re waiting another day for that I think.   

So …. thot I’d see what I can do with photos of the charts on the computer…. just starting to play with these…I love the numbers (fathoms) and the compasses.   Might become a series, we’ll see.. (extra)


Not sure about House of Cards yet  … the first one was about the “Travel Ban” and getting rid of terrorists.  He is evil, but….. our own scenario could be equally so.
