Long Wood

Long Wood was taken over by the community a few years ago. Work since then looks to have been confined to clearing a lot of trees and replacing with indigenous trees so that it'll be a proper British wood in the future. You can see where the clearing has stopped if you follow the path through these trees. The clear fell does look a bit bleak now but I'm sure it'll be fine in 20 to 30 years.
